*RESTRICTED BREEDS: The Bahamas prohibits the following dogs and cats and their mix(es) from import/entry: DOGS: Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, American Bulldog; Staffordshire Terrier. CATS: Savannah, Chausie and Bangal.

REQUIRED DETAILS FOR VET VACCINE REPORTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) To assure your request is approved (not rejected), please be sure the uploaded vaccine report contains the following: Vaccine Report from vet or veterinary clinic must include vet/clinic name and contact;, owner name and address; and Pet's details (name , breed, age or d.o.b., sex, microchip weight and unit of measurement, microchip #, and required vaccines with the given and expiry dates) VACCINES: Dogs require current-unexpired vaccine protection against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, & Adenovirus. CATS require vaccine protection against Feline Leukemia, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus, Feline Panleukopenia and Feline Pneumonitis. BOTH DOGS & CATS Require vaccine protection against Rabies not less than 30 days for full immunity; not more than 10 months for one-year vaccine and not more than 34 months for three-year vaccine.

DEPARTURE- Enter the initial airport or seaport NAME or CODE your pet(s) journey will begin before arriving in the Bahamas. Example, Miami International Airport (MIA), Toronto (YYZ), etc.

DEPARTURE DATE: The date your trip with your pet will begin. In most cases, this will be the same as your arrival date in the Bahamas. However, if your trip began 3 days prior to your Bahamas arrival by ship, please enter the date the vessel will start its voyage.

ACTUAL DATE OF BAHAMAS ARRIVAL: (Enter the actual date of arrival in the Bahamas, MM DD YYYY).

ARRIVAL: Which air or sea port NAME or CODE will your pet be arriving in The Bahamas or Family Island? (Example: Lynden Pindling Airport (NAS), Bimini World Resort Marina, etc.)

Order Bahamas ePermit(s) quickly and reliably. SELECT the option(s) that apply(/applies. Once your request and documents are reviewed, a Secure Payment Link will arrive in your email to begin your order.
1- A single-entry e-Permit for all pets traveling together on the same trip and under the same owner. A separate e-Permit is required for each different trip or for pets belonging to different owners. 2- Additional Trips: Travel date details are required per each Bahamas Epermit request.

Total number of trips with your pet within the past 5 months that you are requesting with this order (1–5) and your Departure date (from your airport/seaport name or code) and the Bahamas arrival DATE.

If your departure airport/seaport is same as before and the Bahamas arrival airport/seaport is same as before, type "SAME". IF not, please provide update.

Type the departure date(s) for the next trips. Terms of usage and vailidty: actual travel must be from the date of departure and before date of expiry (5-months of departure date, example Trip 1 03/01/2025, Trip 2 04/01/2025, etc.).

Unexpired annual Fecal Exam details with normal or negative results will be required.

REQUIRED VACCINES: Please upload only current unexpired vaccine report for pets. Rabies required for ALL pets. If the pet has been in a country/area/zone considered as "High Risk", then the rabies vaccine must not be less 30 days, not more than 10 months for 1-year vaccine, and not more than 34 months for 3-year vaccine. The DA2PP or DHLPP Distemper Combination vaccine to protect against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, adenovirus, and Leptospirosis vaccine is required for dogs. The FVRCP Combination vaccine for cats is required to protect against feline leukemia, feline rhinotracheitis, feline calicivirus, feline panleukopenia, feline pneumonitis.
