TRAVEL DETAILS
Travel details are required per trip. Your Single-Entry Permit(s) will be good for one Single-Entry within 6-months of your trip Bahamas Arrival. Multiple Trips may be requested within a single order.
Once approved, an official electronic permit with digital scan image will be delivered via email or what's app. Permit may be printed or presented from your mobile device/phone.

SELECTING FILES FROM A COMPUTER OR DEVICE: Single or Multiple files may be selected for upload or attachment. Step 1: Click Upload button. REQUIRED VACCINES: Please upload only current unexpired vaccine report for pets. Rabies vaccine is required for ALL pets. If the pet has been in a country/area/zone that is not considered rabies-free, then the 1-year rabies vaccine must not be less 1-month and not more than 10 months, and the 3-year rabies vaccine must not be less than 1-month and not more than 34 months. The DA2PP or DHLPP - Distemper Combination vaccine is required to protect against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, adenovirus, and Leptospirosis vaccine are also required for dogs. The FVRCP+FeLV+CH vaccines for cats are required to protect against feline leukemia, feline rhinotracheitis, feline calicivirus, feline panleukopenia, feline pneumonitis and fecal exam 1-yr (negative results).
Bahamas Pet Import Eligibility & Acknowledgment Pet travel to The Bahamas is subject to approval by the Government of The Bahamas and is not guaranteed. Certain dog breeds (including mixes or look-alikes)—Pit Bull–type dogs, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bully, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, and Dogo Argentino—and certain cat breeds (including hybrids)—Savannah, Bengal, and Chausie—are restricted or prohibited. Breed eligibility is determined by validated veterinary health documents, appearance, and official assessment, not solely by owner belief or description; pets determined to be ineligible will not be approved. All information and documents submitted must be accurate and unaltered, and all fees are non-refundable. Where approval is granted, authorization is issued for one (1) trip only, for the specific pet and registered owner, permitting a single entry on or after the approved Bahamas arrival date and before the six-month expiration period calculated from that arrival date; circumstances beyond the traveler’s control do not extend permit validity, and authorizations may not be reused, transferred, or applied to a different pet, owner, or destination.
