Travel details are required per trip. Your Single-Entry Permit(s) will be good for one Single-Entry within 6-months of your trip Bahamas Arrival. Multiple Trips may be requested within a single order.

REQUIRED VACCINES:
BOTH DOGS & CATS Require RABIES* 1-yr or 3-yr vaccine protection.*
DOGS require current-unexpired vaccine protection against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, & Adenovirus (Commonly known as DHLPP or DA2PPv + L, (with 1-yr. or 3-yr. duration of immunity noted) and Fecal Exam with negative results for internal parasites.
CATS require vaccine protection against Feline Leukemia, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus, Feline Panleukopenia and Feline Pneumonitis (commonly known as FVRCP-C+FeLV or FVRCP+Ch+FeLV (with 1-yr. or 3-yr. duration of immunity noted), and Fecal Exam with negative results for internal parasites. .
Pre-arrival from a Rabies-Free Country - Within 10 Days prior to Bahamas Arrival, The Veterinary Form within your permit pages, must be completed by a licensed vet, certifying the vaccines administered for protection.
IF the pet or service animal is being exported from a High-Risk-Rabies country or a country, region or prior to entering the Bahamas, then the Rabies vaccine must 1) not be performed less than 30 days for full immunity; 2) not be more than 10 months for one-year vaccine; and 3) not more than 34 months for three-year vaccine.
